How do I make a bar chart race from Excel or Google Sheets?
Copy the cells in your spreadsheet and press Ctrl+V or Cmd+V on this page. CSV and TSV files work too.
How should I format my data?
Names in the first column and one column per period, with the periods in the header row. A long table with period, name and value columns also works.
What happens to empty cells?
A gap between two values is filled in. Before its first value and after its last, a row is not in the race.
Can I make a vertical bar chart race for TikTok, Reels or Shorts?
Yes. Pick 9:16 and the chart switches to a vertical layout with 8 larger bars.
How many bars are on screen?
10 by default, 8 in vertical sizes. Bars shown under More options goes from 5 to 15.
Can I add flags or logos to the bars?
Click Customize with AI and ask for them. The race opens in the FrameCall editor with your data.
