Questions
Why are my exports 720p and watermarked?
Accounts that have never bought credits export at 720p, with a framecall.com watermark in two corners of the video. The preview in the editor never shows it, only the downloaded MP4.
How do I get 1080p, 2K or 4K exports without the watermark?
Buy any credit pack (from $9.99). Every export after that is clean and full size (your video's own size, like 1080p), for good, even once you've spent the credits, and the Export menu can make it 2K (8 credits) or 4K (12 credits) too. To get a clean copy of a video you already exported, export it again (5 credits for the fresh render).
Is this a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time payments through Stripe. Nothing renews, and credits never expire.
How much does a video cost?
It depends on the mode and the work. Each message uses what it actually cost to make: a Fast video is usually 15–40 credits, a Quality video 100–250, and an edit a fraction of that. An MP4 export is 5 credits, and free if nothing changed since your last export.
What happens if something fails?
Runs that fail are refunded automatically, and so are runs you stop before they change anything. A message only starts when your balance can finish it, so you never pay for a video that stops halfway.
